The New Roman Empire expanded their control across space led by the ravenous Severina and her Legion. Hidden by a wormhole behind earth’s solar system, Blue Cosmos remained undiscovered for generations. The cosmos was full of fresh water in deep, pristine lakes. One resource most vital to intergalactic expansion.
The Poecil, a peaceful, waterfolk watched the emergence of New Rome with complacency.
